Torrey Holistics is seeking an Aerospace AS9100 Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Pompano Beach facility. The role focuses on guarding product integrity through hands-on inspection, process discipline, and continuous improvement.

You will examine materials and assemblies, record precise inspection outcomes, and collaborate with production to address nonconformances. The position requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; quality certifications are a plus.
• Experience as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Inspector or similar function.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, standards, and inspection methods.
• Clear communicator with strong team collaboration skills.
• Self‑directed, organized, and effective with time management.
• Comfortable using inspection instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in‑process assemblies, and finished products against drawings, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Record inspection outcomes with precision and keep traceable quality documentation.
• Spot nonconformances, escape issues, and partner with production to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct routine process and procedural audits to verify compliance with established quality requirements.
• Contribute to writing, refining, and deploying quality control procedures and policies.
• Support and deliver training to teammates on standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
• Track industry developments and new quality methodologies to strengthen our system.
