Job summary

EAGLE Certification Group in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Aerospace AS9100 Auditor based in or near Dayton to perform third-party audits for local aerospace clients. The role requires a strong Aerospace and Defense background with hands-on audit planning, on-site auditing, and reporting responsibilities, including assessing non-conformities and keeping up with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ASD industry experience in past 8 years.
• Experience with FAA/DoD/NASA or prime contractors.
• Four full-system QMS/AQMS audits (2nd/3rd party) with 20+ on-site days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate resources for on-site client audits.
• Lead audits, including opening and closing meetings.
• Prepare and submit audit reports to the main office.
• Review corrective action responses and assess adequacy.
• Maintain ISO and related standard knowledge.
