Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited institution.
• Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work with internal teams in pursuit of new business opportunities.
• Independently access complex customer requirements and execute technical tasks.
• Lead activities with internal and external customer agents to address and resolve configurations.
