• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years in carbon fiber composite aerospace manufacturing.

• Develop and manage AFP ply programs using Ingersoll Gen2, VCP, and VCS.
• Translate models, ply books, and lamination schedules into AFP toolpaths with correct fiber orientation and coverage.
• Support AFP machine setup, calibration, and first-article production.
