Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our Machining Center of Excellence. This hands-on role focuses on preparing, cleaning, testing, and inspecting additive and machined metal parts both before and after machining operations.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, quality-focused, and eager to grow technical skills in a high-precision aerospace environment. This is a first shift position from 6am-3pm Monday-Friday, located at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, machining, aerospace, or related roles.
• Able to interpret basic engineering drawings and instructions.
• Familiarity with MES systems and common software tools.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing, dewaxing, cleaning, and surface prep of parts before and after machining.
• Conduct pressure and flow testing to verify part integrity.
• Perform FOD inspections and cleaning of additive and machined parts.
• Support removal, surface finishing, and dimensional checks as needed.
• Operate post-processing and cleaning equipment and document results.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
