Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc (ESAero) is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Supervisor for on-site work in San Luis Obispo, CA. You will oversee additive manufacturing operations, manage build schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role involves collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management to advance aerospace technology. The ideal candidate will bring CAD modeling experience, 3D printing equipment knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on Additive Shop Log and manage build schedules.
• Lead daily Gemba walks to drive process improvements.
• Serve as the main contact for equipment and tooling needs.
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance and maintain documentation.
