Woodward in Fort Collins, CO is offering an internship for Mechanical, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial, Software, or Computer Science majors to gain hands-on experience in the Aerospace and Energy sectors. You will work on challenging projects, learn from engineering teams, and build practical business acumen.

Interns will support actuation systems engineering, data analysis, and production tasks, with potential for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Sophomore status in a college/university program with acceptable GPA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency with PCs and MS Office; able to work in a team.
• Basic CAD tools experience (PTC Creo) is a plus.
• LabVIEW programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Aerospace Actuation Systems - Hydraulics Engineering with product intro and sustaining work.
• Assist data analysis, report writing, and engineering investigations.
• Provide engineering project support, changes, and root-cause actions.
• Assist assembly and test production, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Support research, development, and testing of electromechanical products.
