Job summary

Gulfstream seeks a Summer 2027 Collegiate Associate Intern in Accounting to apply classroom learning to real-world challenges within a culture of integrity, pride, and excellence. You will work alongside seasoned professionals in Savannah, GA, contributing to close processes, asset management, and SOX/compliance tasks.

Projects include building Power BI dashboards, conducting financial analyses, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accounting degree (finance degree will be considered) or pursuing a masters in a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Must maintain a 3.0+ GPA.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours/week for 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly/quarterly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support capital expenditure reviews and fixed asset management activities.
• Assist with statutory audit requests and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Provide financial systems support for SAP, Power BI, and other accounting applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation.
