Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (unrounded) required.
• Minimum duration: 10–12 weeks (summer); 10–16 weeks (spring/fall).
• Must work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Support finance operations with real-world projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights.
• Analyze key business metrics and report results against goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Assist with monthly processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and managerial reporting.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.
