Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is partnering with an Aerospace manufacturing company in the Long Beach area to hire an Account Manager on a temporary-to-hire basis. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned aerospace customers, managing orders, tracking parts and job status, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records.

• Experience working with ERP systems or manufacturing software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments including production, planning, quality, engineering, and shipping.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Track customer orders, parts, and production jobs from receipt through delivery.
• Monitor schedules and proactively communicate order status, delays, and updates to customers.
• Ensure customer requirements, specifications, and delivery expectations are accurately documented and communicated.
• Review purchase orders and verify accuracy of order details, pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and customer management systems.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to prioritize customer needs and resolve issues.
• Support on-time delivery performance through regular follow-up and order management.
• Assist with customer inquiries, order changes, and problem resolution.
• Generate reports related to order status, delivery performance, and customer activity.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and company procedures.

This role is paying between $26-$28 per hour and is a temp to hire position. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned aerospace manufacturing customers.
