Cox Machine, Inc. is seeking a 5-axis CNC Programmer for on-site work in Wichita, KS. You will evaluate customer data, create NC programs using Mastercam, and provide setup sheets, fixturing, and tooling guidance to ensure precision and efficiency on multi-axis machining.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NC programming, proficiency with Mastercam and Vericut, and a background in aerospace manufacturing. On-site collaboration with production and inspection teams is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on NC/CNC programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation of drawings.
• Experience with multi-axis machining in aerospace preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain understanding of drawings, specs, and 3D models to determine accurate machining methods.
• Analyze existing NC programs to identify malfunctions and improve efficiency.
• Design, write, and optimize NC/CNC programs for mills, lathes, and routers.
• Design and standardize workholding, tooling, and fixtures.
• Run machine simulations to verify program accuracy and prevent collisions.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines.
