Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Aeroseal services in residential homes by accessing crawl spaces, attics, etc.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to high cleanliness standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor at all times.
• Explain the Aeroseal process to customers and address questions or concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete service reports and documentation promptly.
