Socket.dev in Seattle is seeking an Air Duct Technician to perform Aeroseal services in residential homes. You will access crawl spaces and attics, install sealant, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service throughout each visit.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 7:30am starts; compensation is $23.00–$24.00 per hour DOE, with weekly pay, and benefits including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the Aeroseal process and address any questions or concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Air Duct Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service visits to install sealant in customers' homes. This is a service position focused on executing presold work with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and delivering 5-star service.

Aeroseal is a patented technology designed to seal leaks in air ducts from the inside. This innovative process involves injecting a sealant into the ductwork, which travels through the ducts and adheres to the edges of any leaks, effectively sealing them.
