Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with airframe design/development, production support and sustainment support.
• Experience with Catia V5, NX/Teamcenter or similar PLM/CAD toolset.

Responsibilities

• Assign work scope, manage a supplier, priorities, metrics reporting, and resources (both direct LM and contractor).
• Coordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Primary point of contact for contractor team to ensure quality and quantity of supplied engineers per SOW.
