Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis seeks an ISC Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize production operations within the AERO SBG. You will supervise a team, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality standards and customer requirements.

You will lead in a union environment, troubleshoot processes, and coach team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high-impact results. This role includes a 4th shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics
