Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in San Marcos, TX is hiring a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are passionate about AE Brand Standards with an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail.

Role Overview

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your main focus, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong passion for brand standards and consistently keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom as an efficient and productive environment by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support team members by stepping in on non‑stock tasks or guest assistance whenever needed.
• Prioritize safety and maintain Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.
