Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who moves product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You’ll uphold AE Brand Standards, bring attention to detail, and support teammates and guests when needed. This role emphasizes organization, proactive stock management, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising
• Keep the Stockroom organized and ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures are in place
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership and take corrective action
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed
• Adhere to Asset Protection standards and AE policies

YOUR ROLE You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your real self to work every day!

Responsibilities

• You are passionate about brand standards and proactively manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• You keep the Stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct it.
• You support team members with non‑stock related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Safety standards are a priority; you follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
