Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in McAllen, TX, seeks a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from stockroom to floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You’ll help keep stock organized and support teammates and guests as needed. You’re passionate about AE and Aerie, enjoy fast-paced retail, and have flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

• The stockroom is your home base and you #ownit! You master keeping the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, plan and take action to correct it.
• You always help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or guests.
• Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!
