YOUR ROLE

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your main area, you are flexible and willing to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Passion for brand standards: You are proactive in keeping products moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: You ensure the Stockroom remains organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Innovation: You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve displays and stock presentation.
4. Teamwork: You're ready to assist team members with non-stock tasks and help guests as needed.
5. Integrity and safety: You prioritize safety standards, follow Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO's procedures on both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
