Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Brand Standards: Keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom Management: Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Teamwork: Assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest support.
• Safety & Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous stock-related experience is a plus.
