YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Manage the Stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock roles is preferred.
