Job Description

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy a product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• Brand Standards: Keep products moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom Management: Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are well-kept.
• Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Teamwork: Assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest assistance as needed.
• Safety and Integrity: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and store procedures diligently.
