Job Overview

YOUR ROLE
As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you will ensure the smooth movement of products from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you will also support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by efficiently processing shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and operational, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.
