YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" person in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always meets their sales goals, maintains merchandising brand standards, and delivers operational excellence! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you excel at driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through an exceptional guest experience. You analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions and assist the Store Team Leader in developing business plans to achieve key KPIs.
- People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, serving as a role model and holding your team accountable to uphold AEO's customer service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. You are committed to training and developing your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve their potential.
- Teamwork and engagement: You believe that teamwork makes the dream work. You provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews. You celebrate your team's successes to foster engagement and motivation.
- Operational innovation: You support daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
