YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends to make strategic decisions, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, maintain visual standards, and identify merchandising opportunities for action.
• People leadership: Motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable to customer service standards, especially on the salesfloor and in fitting rooms.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
• Teamwork and engagement: Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct touchbases, and celebrate team successes to boost engagement.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily procedures, support visual standards, and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow company policies and procedures.
