YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed. You motivate and train associates, have a passion for achieving sales goals, and exemplify our company values by bringing your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving sales: As a key LOD, you excel at increasing sales through maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and fostering guest loyalty with an exceptional in-store experience. You assist Store Leadership in leveraging business opportunities to meet KPI targets.
• Leading people: You inspire and motivate the team by embodying AEO's core values. You serve as a role model, holding associates accountable to uphold AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. You are committed to training and developing associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and engagement: You set clear, achievable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback through coaching, and celebrate successes to motivate and engage your team.
• Visual & operational innovation: You are skilled at executing daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. You ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow company procedures, and always do the right thing.
