YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to meet KPIs.
2. People leadership: You motivate and inspire the team, uphold AEO's core values, and model excellent service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
3. Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, and train and develop associates to uphold outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
4. Teamwork and engagement: You set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing feedback, and celebrate performance to motivate and engage associates.
5. Visual and operational innovation: You execute and innovate daily visual standards, shipment processing, and merchandising, ensuring the store is guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
6. Integrity: You maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
