YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through excellent in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
• People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team, serve as a role model, and hold associates accountable to our service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: You recruit, hire, and train strong talent, ensuring the store is staffed appropriately and associates continue to develop their skills and uphold our Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and coaching: You set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback through coaching, motivate, and celebrate outstanding performance to foster engagement.
• Visual and operational innovation: You execute and innovate visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the store is guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: You maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow company policies, and do the right thing always.
