• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find what they need with a friendly approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make tailored product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to our loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different store zones such as Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts and uphold integrity by following policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people!
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
