Xylem Tree Experts in Morristown, TN is seeking an Aerial Lift Trimmer to perform tree trimming and maintenance from a bucket truck or Jarraff. 2-3 years of professional aerial lift or Jarraff operation is required, with strong safety awareness and the ability to work at height.

The role involves preparing equipment, performing utility-clear work, and adhering to storm-restoration needs. A High School diploma is preferred, and on-site work with travel for storms may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years professional experience operating an aerial lift trimmer or Jarraff.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must meet I-9 requirements and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and enforce safe job practices.
• Assist in preparing truck and materials for daily work.
• Perform professional tree maintenance and remove branches near utilities.
• Clear debris and maintain tools and equipment.
• Observe and improve climbing and tree maintenance skills.
