Job summary

Kanaan Communications, LLC seeks an Aerial Construction Supervisor to oversee aerial telecommunications crews, ensuring installations, maintenance, and repairs meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements. You will manage both in-house and subcontracted teams, driving efficient project delivery and strong customer relations.

Requirements include 2+ years in construction management with supervisory experience, solid understanding of aerial construction processes, and proficiency with MS

• 2+ years of construction management experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Understanding of all aspects of the aerial construction process.
• Strong project management skills: planning, organizing, coordinating tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house and subcontracted crews performing aerial OSP construction.
• Supervise, develop, and lead construction teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Oversee on-site and off-site aerial construction, ensuring safety/quality standards.
• Forecast resource needs to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain construction quality using industry best practices and proper techniques.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and timelines with customers.
• Review reports and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with management to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and perform additional duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of construction management experience, including a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Understanding of all aspects of the aerial construction process.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
