Allied Universal is seeking a Security Drone Pilot and Editor - FAA License Required, on-site in the Los Angeles area. The role involves supervising a shift, coordinating security services, and editing video content for client sites. Strong report writing and communication skills are essential for frontline operations.

The position pays $26.00 hourly, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan; driving responsibilities and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driving Positions require a valid Driver’s License and clean record.
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure quality services are delivered on the shift at the client site.
