Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Drone Pilot and Editor with an FAA Part 107 license for a full-time role on our Los Angeles team. The position requires supervising shift staff, coordinating with site leadership, and producing drone video edits for client sites.

You will supervise and coach officers, maintain quality service, and ensure safety and compliance across daily operations on client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to prepare reports and logs clearly.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol testing may apply.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on the assigned shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and field ops.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Operate drone equipment and oversee video editing duties.
