Job summary

REVA, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Per Diem Flight Respiratory Therapist to evaluate, coordinate, and deliver advanced respiratory care during patient transport.

You must be ready to arrive within 45 minutes and work closely with the transport team to ensure patient safety throughout the flight. Required qualifications include an RT license (RRT/CRT) and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP; PHTLS or BTLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all basic respiratory modalities.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in respiratory care.
• Flight experience preferred; substitute by ICU/ED/Trauma experience if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and secure oxygen and meds as patient needs.
• Coordinate with transport team during preflight and flight.
• Ensure all medical equipment is checked and secured for flight.
• Communicate patient condition and monitoring results to team.
