Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC in the United States is seeking a Capability Developer - Aerial/Counter Defilade Munitions to support M-FCD and JCIDS efforts. The role provides technical expertise, risk assessment, and program coordination for Loitering Munition System initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in Capabilities Development or related leadership, with recent hands-on experience with aerial or BLOS munitions, and holds an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Capabilities Development, Project Management, or Squad Leader-level leadership in a combat-arms branch.
• First-hand user experience within the last 15 years with aerial, indirect, or beyond-line-of-sight munitions for combat arms or SOF units.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering, analysis, test planning, and program execution support for munitions.
• Advise on development and staffing of LASSO requirements and JCIDS artifacts.
• Develop CONOPS and TTPs, including simulations and live demonstrations.
• Coordinate inter-agency collaboration to support mission objectives.
• Prepare briefs, schedules, and technical presentations; identify risk and mitigation.
• Support meetings, IPTs, and demonstrations for loitering-munition tech and acquisitions.
