Responsibilities

As an Aerial Lineman, you'll support the overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services. You take pride in doing the job right, being the best at what you do, and rising to every challenge.

In this role, you will:

• Climb poles or operate a bucket truck to install, relocate, or maintain aerial plant

• Read and interpret schematics and construction prints

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field

• Gain hands-on experience with other telecom skillsets like fiber splicing and heavy equipment operation

• Assist the crew and foreman as needed to ensure safe and successful project completion

Qualifications

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You have a good attitude and are looking to expand your skillsets, gain valuable insight, and experience
• You are looking for long term projects
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• You have at least 2 years as an experienced Lineman with extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work

• You are comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles
• You have a valid Driver's License with a clean record past 3 years.
• You have a CDLA/B (Preferred)

MOS Codes 2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q relate well to this position.
