Job summary

Brand Industrial Services is hiring a Class B Aerial Lift Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain aerial lift equipment on-site in Michigan. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, and ensure safety compliance while keeping detailed service records. Prev.

experience with aerial lifts and heavy equipment is preferred. A high school diploma is required; technical cert is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification is a plus.
Experience as an Aerial Lift Mechanic or similar preferred.
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems.
Ability to read and interpret service manuals and repair guides.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and repair aerial lift equipment and related machinery.
Perform preventative maintenance, including oil changes and filter replacements.
Repair or replace damaged components.
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Conduct equipment testing and diagnostic checks.
Perform routine safety inspections on aerial lifts.
Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
Order, track, and maintain parts inventory as needed.
Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests.
Operate equipment to evaluate performance and functionality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety policies and industry regulations.
