Qualifications

• 5+ years in aviation, maritime, film/TV production, military logistics, or similar environments.
• Comfortable using checklists effectively.
• Willing to spend time on boats during deployment.

• Manage spares and deployment readiness logistics.
• Track operational metrics and identify risks.
