Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Flight Nurse in Natchitoches, LA to transport patients to and from medical facilities and support scene calls. You will join a team dedicated to safety and high standards for crew and patients, with starting pay at $28.66 per hour plus DOE.

Minimum qualifications include 3 years in Emergency/Adult Critical Care, an active RN license in relevant states, EMT/Trauma credentials, and CFRN within 24 months of hire. FAA/UAS certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as an RN.
• Current RN license in states served by the area.
• EMT and Trauma certifications as required by state(s).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during training).
• CFRN certification due within 24 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess situations to determine best course for critical care patient transport.
• Use critical thinking to manage critically ill or pediatric patients and support orders.
• Maintain safe, clean aircraft environment; perform equipment and base checks; follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift information and maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
