Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications before flight status.
• Advanced Certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess each situation to determine the best course of action for patient care.
• Manage critically ill or injured patients and support physician orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment.
• Work collaboratively with air and ground teams and maintain documentation.
• Share shift change information with the transitioning team.
