Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a Foreman I-III to oversee field crews, coordinate with management, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely work on projects in California. The role involves quality control, daily paperwork, and supervision of onsite activities.

You will lead crews, ensure OSHA safety practices, read blueprints, and communicate with stakeholders. A CDL/MVR and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred, with extensive现场 experience required.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Possess and maintain a clean MVR.
• Read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with crew, leadership and customers.
• Manage crews and drive/operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety standards.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily activities of assigned crews.
• Inspect worksites for hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Operate excavators, skid steers, dozers and related equipment.
• Excavate and backfill trenches for underground utilities.
• Place conduit and perform rigging and setting of structures.
• Form and pour concrete and place asphalt where required.
• Coordinate with customers and project managers; report progress.
• Train and assist crews; schedule subcontractors when needed.
