Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a physical, safety-minded laborer to support lawn care services at our Williamsburg location in Michigan. Under supervision, you will operate aerators, spreaders, seeders, and related equipment while loading and unloading products for service calls.

You’ll read work orders, follow tablet instructions, and perform daily vehicle inspections. You will engage with customers on-site as needed and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid, permanent driver’s license from state of residence.
• Ability to pass a DOT examination and obtain a DOT medical card.
• Must be 19 years of age by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate aerator, spreader, seeders, and related lawn care equipment safely.
• Load/unload lawn care products from vehicles and assist with supplies.
• Perform daily vehicle/equipment inspections and report issues.
• Follow production/work orders and customer instructions from tablets.
• Interact with customers on site as needed for service directions.
