Job summary

Truly Lawn is hiring a dependable Seasonal Lawn Care Technician to join our team during the fall aeration season. You will gain hands-on experience operating professional lawn equipment, completing aeration services, and learning the skills needed to provide high-quality lawn care.

This position begins in late August and continues through the fall season, with potential for continued employment for the right candidate. Training will be provided and growth within Truly Lawn is available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable driving with a trailer and operating outdoor equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable for seasonal work.
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned aeration routes efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate lawn aeration equipment following procedures.
• Drive company vehicles and equipment trailers to job locations.
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment throughout the day.
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
• Ensure each property is serviced properly and meets quality expectations.

Truly Lawn is looking for a dependable and motivated Seasonal Lawn Care Technician to join our team during our busy fall aeration season.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building experience in the lawn care industry. As an Aeration Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience operating professional lawn care equipment, completing aeration services, and learning the skills needed to provide high-quality lawn care.

This position will begin in late August and continue through the fall season, with the potential for continued employment beyond the season for the right candidate who is interested in growing with Truly Lawn and building a career in the lawn care industry.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Position Details

• Pay: $20-$25/hour based on experience
