Truly Lawn is seeking a dependable Seasonal Lawn Care Technician to join during the busy fall aeration season. You'll operate professional lawn care equipment, perform aeration services, and gain hands-on experience in outdoor lawn maintenance.

This full‑time seasonal role runs from late August through fall, with training provided and potential for continued employment. Earn $20-$25 per hour based on experience while building skills with a growing employer in New England.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be comfortable driving with a trailer.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Lawn care or outdoor work experience preferred.
• Previous aeration experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned aeration routes efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate lawn aeration equipment while following proper operating procedures.
• Drive company vehicles and equipment trailers to job locations.
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment throughout the workday.
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
• Ensure each property is serviced properly and meets Truly Lawn’s quality expectations

Truly Lawn is looking for a dependable and motivated Seasonal Lawn Care Technician to join our team during our busy fall aeration season.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building experience in the lawn care industry. As an Aeration Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience operating professional lawn care equipment, completing aeration services, and learning the skills needed to provide high‑quality lawn care.
