Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $195,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

1. Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud
2. Work in client-facing roles and lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
3. Understand various integration patterns between Adobe Experience Cloud tools and provide solutions to the requirements
4. Collaborate and lead technical resources to define technical architecture and solution development
5. Develop good working relationships with clients and Cognizant stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team's knowledge methodologies and customer-facing collateral
2. Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO, and Data Distiller
3. Define architecture and design AEP changes based on Adobe's best practices
4. Build AEP data model and data flows and jobs
5. Working knowledge on implementing enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications
6. Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes
7. Understanding of Identity Graph Query Service, Real-time customer profile, Segmentation service, and data science workspace
8. Experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM, or any tag management system
9. Ability to configure data collection using Experience Platform Launch and mapping the collected data into XDM
10. Experience working with customer and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies
11. Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics
12. Ability to build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer
13. Understanding of Offer Decisioning module of AEP
14. In-depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
15. Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, and executive-level presence
16. Sound knowledge and experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry-leading tool platforms
17. Experience in analyzing client business needs and presenting end-to-end marketing solutions
18. Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make clients understand the marketing solution lucidly
19. Ability to come up with alternate solutions and thought processes when presented with a complex technical functional scenario
20. Experience of working in on-off model in multivendor environment team acceptability as per own behavior

Certifications Required (Not Mandatory):

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Platform, Certified Customer Journey Professional (CCJP)
