Verizon is seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to architect and scale real-time data capabilities. You will own the RTCDP strategy and ensure data quality through XDM schemas and identity services, influencing the roadmap and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• You have 6+ years of relevant experience in MarTech engineering or platform operations.
• You have 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with AEP/RTCDP and XDM schemas, Identity Service, Profile Service, and Destination connectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience required.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect Real-Time Capabilities and oversee RTCDP implementations for profile orchestration and real-time activation.
• Ensure high-fidelity behavioral data is captured and mapped into AEP for personalized journeys.
• Develop and own a future-proof technical roadmap for AEP with focus on scalability and CX innovations.
