Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks an AEP Data Product Owner to guide the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, enabling Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics at scale. You will ensure trusted customer data, governance, and activated experiences across marketing teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, roadmap ownership, and data quality leadership to deliver personalized customer journeys and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, data product management, or CDP operations.
• 2+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform / Real-Time CDP, including XDM schemas and Identity/Profile services.
• Proven experience owning a data product backlog and roadmap in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, data quality, and identity resolution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Real-Time CDP enablement for personalized journeys.
• Ensure high-fidelity behavioral data is captured and mapped into AEP for downstream analytics.
• Own a future-proof AEP data product roadmap focused on scalability and personalization.
• Define and maintain standard data assets: XDM schemas, identity namespaces, profile merge policies.
