Job summary

AirOps is seeking a build-focused contributor to accelerate AEO and SEO work behind the scenes, enabling the client-facing teams to act faster. This role emphasizes turning complex requests into scalable, repeatable processes and playbooks that empower senior practitioners.

You will own keyword research, heat mapping, and content discovery workflows, working independently on detail-heavy projects while contributing to a fast-growing startup that values ownership and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SEO research and content discovery
• Ability to create repeatable workflows from ad hoc requests
• Comfort working independently on detail-heavy projects
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AEO concepts
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable SEO/AEO project frameworks the teams can run at scale
• Transform ad hoc research requests into standard workflows
• Maintain playbooks and templates to free senior staff for client strategy
• Deliver behind-the-scenes fulfillment quickly and accurately
• Identify patterns that can become new templates or tools
