Job summary

Foundation is seeking a seasoned account leader to own a strategic book of 1.5–2.5 million across three to six B2B tech and SaaS clients, guiding renewal, growth and margin. You will be the trusted adviser who understands the client business and guides the program forward, while mentoring Associate AEO Marketing Directors.

On enterprise accounts, AEO Marketing Directors own client relationships and growth, while AEO Program Directors lead the dedicated team delivering the work and work with the

Qualifications

7+ years in agency account leadership or client services.
A book of $1M+ that you have owned with renewals and expansions you personally closed.
Experience managing client budgets, margins and scope.
Working knowledge of B2B marketing channels and how AI search changes buyer discovery.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic roadmap for each client together with the AEO Program Director's team.
Maintain relationships with each client's VP of marketing or budget holder and at least one more senior contact.
Lead renewals started 90+ days before contract end and signed before the final 30 days.
Drive expansion by identifying, pricing and closing new scope.
Price or decline changes to manage book margin and scope.
Flag client health risks early and coordinate recovery with the AEO Program Director.
