Wilmington Health is seeking an AEMT/CMA/paramedic/LPN for Today's Care at Monkey Junction. You will administer clinical care within licensure, prepare patients, assist with examinations, and manage records in the EMR system while coordinating with providers and insurance as needed.

The role requires active AEMT or CMA/paramedic/LPN credentials and CPR/BLS certification, with preferred clinical experience and wound care skills in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active AEMT Certification from an accredited association.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• Preferred: One year clinical experience.
• Preferred: Splinting/casting placement and removal.

Responsabilités

• Prepares patient for examinations and assists with procedures.
• Sets up for provider to administer injections and medications.
• Dresses wounds and provides patient instructions per protocol and physician orders.
• Collects patient data and records vital statistics in the EMR system.
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments and maintains supplies.
• Acts as receptionist and performs basic secretarial duties incl. insurance communications and prescribing.
• Triage patient calls and schedules procedures on campus or off-site.
• Educates patients on medications and treatment plans.
